Independence
My reviews are written independently. No sportsbook operator has any input into the content I publish, the scores I assign, or the conclusions I reach. Affiliate relationships exist on this site — you can read the full details on the Affiliate Disclosure page — but they have no bearing on how I evaluate a product. An app that pays a strong commission gets the same critical treatment as one that pays nothing.
How I Review Betting Apps
Every app I review is assessed across the same set of criteria. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t publish a review until I’m satisfied I’ve covered the product properly.
- Licensing and regulation — I verify the operator’s licensing status in each state where it operates. Unlicensed platforms do not get reviewed here.
- App performance — I assess speed, stability, and usability on both iOS and Android. An app that crashes or lags under pressure is an app worth warning you about.
- Market depth and odds quality — I compare odds across multiple platforms and assess the breadth of sports, leagues, and bet types on offer.
- Bonuses and promotions — I read the full terms and conditions of every welcome offer and ongoing promotion. Wagering requirements, time limits, and restrictions are all examined before I report on them.
- Banking — I check deposit and withdrawal options, processing times, minimum and maximum limits, and any fees involved.
- Customer support — I test the support channels directly, assessing response times and the quality of assistance provided.
- Responsible gambling tools — I assess how accessible and effective each app’s responsible gambling features are. This is a non-negotiable part of every review.
Accuracy and Updates
I make every effort to ensure that information is accurate at the time of publication. The US sports betting market moves quickly — odds, bonuses, available states, and app features can all change without notice.
